6 months full-unit warranty covering the detector, motherboard and electronics, plus free technical support by email and WhatsApp for the life of the instrument.
How long does international shipping take?+
Units ship by express air freight (DHL/FedEx) and arrive in 3–7 business days to most countries, with full export documentation and insurance.
What payment methods do you accept?+
T/T wire transfer, or Escrow third-party for larger orders. We do not process credit cards or PayPal online. All payments are arranged after the video inspection and invoice.
Do you provide technical support and training?+
Yes. Every shipment includes a remote onboarding session covering calibration, daily use, app setup and maintenance. Ongoing WhatsApp support is free for the life of the unit.
